Hi, we are aware of this build problem that will be fixed in the next = release of alsa-driver-linuxant. With most setups, the alsa-driver-linuxant package will only be required = if you have a HDA modem. Note that the HSF driver is known to work fine = on Ubuntu 10.10 if you do not have a HDA modem.
