unresolved symbols (netdev_priv)

Attempting to compile the prism54 code, received "unresolved symbol 
netdev_priv".

Anyone have a suggestion?  I've rechecked my kernel config, but can't 
see that I missed anything and can't figure where this symbol is 
supposed to be picked up from.

Kernel: 2.4.26
Slackware 9.1
prism54-1-1
