So far the test runs without problems with pc_debug=255. Since the speed is 
very low compared without debug output I now assume that the bug won't 
trigger. I now get only 150 kb/s but without debug output I get about 1 
mb/s. I let the test run for at least several hours. I the bug doesn't 
trigger I will lower debug output until the bug triggers again.
