Puh, I'm glad. After Andrè comments I thought I was to rough (unverschämt) 
but I really smiled about your comment "It always pays to check the 
manufacturers site for updates." in the previous messages and tought that 
was a "nice" comment. Sorry for the trouble.

I know this kind of code. This is something like: "Hmm, this could normaly 
never ever happen. But if something goes wrong here we better shutdown 
before we hurt something really important ...".

If there AP's will be as good as a custumized router with vpn and all this 
stuff than this could be an option. I use the prism54 to build a openvpn 
secured wlan ap with dsl routing support (based on fli4l).
