Support for D-Link DWL-G650

When it was time to purchase a wireless card (for the first time), I checked
the supported card list on the website and found that the D-Link DWL-G650
(AirPlus Xtreme G) card was supported. So I picked one up.

Thus far I haven't had any luck getting it to work. I noticed that the
vendor:device values were significantly different from those on the card
list.

So, I edited islpci_hotplug.c to include my values:
  0x168C : 0x0013

Now, when I insert the card, hotplug finds it and loads the driver. It also
loads the firmware, but it does not work. There are numerous log messages
about "mgmt" timeouts and such. The last one is along the lines of
"mgmt timeout. Restart device"

I am not at the laptop now, so I don't have the log output. I can post it if
somebody might find it useful.

Is this a known problem? Is this card too new or different in some other way?
