WG511: temporary lockups while high NFS receive load

Hi,

when copying large files from NFS server to my laptop, I'm experiencing
~5-15 second lockups for every few seconds of data transfer. It's not
an NFS thing as network connectivity is gone for those ~5-15s. I cannot
replicate with floodping, neither with small nor large packets.

I'm running Fedora Core 1 vendor kernel 2.4.22-1.2199.5.legacy.nptl
with prism54 1.2 (also tried SVN snapshot 2005-06-14) and firmware
1.0.4.3 (also tried 1.0.3.0).
