need driver for DFE-530TX+ (rtl8139)

Hello,

I have a Linux 7.0, kernel 2.2.16-22, and a D-LINK
DFE-530TX+ bought 11/2002 (must be latest release
then)

I have managed to compile the latest versions of
"rtl8139.c" and "pci-scan.c" from
http://www.scyld.com/network/rtl8139.html
(just one warning message, but the *.o file was
created), however I can't "INSMOD" them because Linux
complains about a long list of "unresolved symbols".

The NIC is OK since I tested it under Win98 and WinNT
- any help getting a driver that works for my Linux is
highly appreciated.
