RTL8139Ds don't work

Hello,
I have a PC with two supernew Planet Ethernet cards with RTL8139D chips on
them.
My problem is, that these cards don't work :) The driver sets them default to
half-duplex and networking does not work at all.
dmesg looks like this:

I've googled and figured out that these cards should work with the too
driver, so can anyone advice me what to do?
