help in writing driver software for rtl8019as

Hi all,
      I am new to this mailing list.I am writing a
driver software for rtl8019as.
 I have made a circuit where rtl8019as is interfaced
with PIC16F877.
 I have configured rtl8019as chip in jumper mode.
I am not using 93c46 EEPROM for storing configuration.
 I am using jumpers for setting configuration.

    can someone help me in writing code for faking
93c46 and where will i store my MAC address ?
  some configuration setting i have done using jumpers
 I am wrting code in C language.


   I hope somebody will be there to help me.
