Hello I found the question in the archive at OCT 23, 2002 but never saw an answer. How do I enable my ENW-9503/4 (Planet) PCI Adapter to listen to WOL packets? I tried that one in modules.conf which worked for somebody else. Didn't help though: options eth0 enable_wol=1 (8139too doesn't seem to know 'enable_wol') On booting SuSE 8.2 I get this: 8139too Fast Ethernet driver 0.9.26 eth0: RealTek RTL8139 Fast Ethernet at 0xc8a9e000, 00:30:4f:22:3f:b1, IRQ 5 eth0: Identified 8139 chip type 'RTL-8139C' eth0: Setting half-duplex based on auto-negotiated partner ability 0000. I know the BIOS, Board and NIC are allright since it works with other OSs ;-) A simple powercycle (physically) does the job too. Thank for any help Urs
