RTL8019AS jumper mode, how?

Hi All,

I'm new to RTL8019AS. I want to use it in "jumper
mode" so that the default base address, interrupt
request line, etc. all come from the states of the
jumper pins. But where are the jumper pins (i.e. which
pins on the RTL8019AS chip are dedicated for jumpers)?
