problem with nonstandard settings

hi to all

since i have upgraded from kernel 2.4.7 to kernel 2.4.18/2.4.19 i have a
problem with my ovis link network card (RTL8139C). i am using redhat 7.2
with updates. 

the problem is that the card is sending packages correctly (monitored
with tcpdump on other machine), but is not receiving anything. even if
the other machine is responding with packages. 

the rtl-diag tool complains about nonstandard settings. here is the
output of the rtldiag tool

i havent changed something with the kernel config. also the card is
still working fine with kernel 2.4.7 and also 2.2.20. 

any ideas about the problem?
