rtl8139 problem in kernel 2.2.19

Hi List !

I have installed rtl8139.o modulde on linux 2.2.19 for my Dlink DFE-538 NIC
as eth0 .
but this machine dosnt work properly for 1 day :( the kernel is reporting this 
error messages :

are there anybody having a solution for this bug .
