(no subject)

Hello,

I try to run my new Philips SCP620NC webcam. But without success.
You'll can be interest by the result because, as you know, gspca doesn't support yet this model.
But I am interested too. ;-)
I am using debian with 2.6.18-5-486 kernel and gspcav1-20071224.tar.gz.
I give you all the information that i have:

I have wrote this in gspca_core.c (like SCP710NC and SCP600NC) :

case 0x0333:
spca50x->desc = PhilipsSPC620NC;
spca50x->bridge = BRIDGE_SN9CXXX;
spca50x->sensor = SENSOR_MI0360;
spca50x->customid = SN9C105;
spca50x->i2c_ctrl_reg = 0x81;

break;

But i have disassembled the webcam, star is wrote on the camera (z star ?)
Perhaps i don't use the right bridge and sensor. I have tryed other bridge but,
as you can see, without success and a lots of error in dmesg when i load the module.

After a modprbe gspca, dmesg returns me :

I have also :

It seems good but when i run vlc /dev/video0, dmesg returns me:

/home/nico/gspcav1-20071224/gspca_core.c: [spca5xx_open:1985] DEALLOC error on spca50x_init_source

I have seen in a mailing list, that you ask to someone to load the module with debug option (debug=5) and send the full log.
But i don't know witch shell request used.

I hope that you can help me, and i hope feed back the results.

PS : As you can see, english still experimental for me. I know, this is not an excuse but i'am french... ;-)
