philips scp620nc [spca5xx_open:1985] DEALLOC error on spca50x_init_source

Hello,

I have send the same mail yesterday but without subject. Perhaps the cause of no responds.
I try to run my new Philips SCP620NC webcam. But without success.
You'll can be interested by the result because, as you know, gspca doesn't support yet this model.
But I am interested too. :-)
I use debian with 2.6.18-5-486 kernel and gspcav1-20071224.tar.gz.
I give you all the information that i have:

I have written this in gspca_core.c (like SCP710NC and SCP600NC) :

But i have disassembled the webcam and star is written on the camera (z star ?).
Perhaps i don't use the good bridge and sensor. I have tried other bridges but,
as you can see, without success and a lots of error in dmesg when i load the module gspca.
 
After a modprbe gspca, dmesg returns me :

Everything is okay. But when i launch vlc /dev/video0, dmesg returns me:

I have seen in a mailing list, that you ask to someone to load the module with debug option (debug=5) and send the full log.
But i don't know which shell request used.
 
I hope that you can help me, and i hope give you the results.

PS : As you can see, english still experimental for me. I know, this is not an excuse but i am french... ;-)
