gspca v2 source

Hi all,

I put the driver at LinuxTv:

	http://linuxtv.org/hg/~jfrancois/gspca/

Indeed, it is not as simple as before for generation:
- Get a .gz or .bz2,
- Untar,
- Copy the '.config' of your kernel to v4l/,
- Do a 'make xxxconfig' (xxx according to your taste) to add the gspca
  driver,
- 'make',
- 'su' and
- 'make install'.

Don't forget to get the last libv4l from Hans de Goede
	http://hansdegoede.livejournal.com/
and to use it (v4l2convert or v4l1compat depending of the application -
skype is v4l2) while calling the applications.
