Hi ! I am trying to install a little no-name webcam. Plugin it in the USB port shows : Jun 16 16:04:14 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 7 Jun 16 16:04:14 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: device descriptor read/64, error -62 Jun 16 16:04:14 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: device descriptor read/64, error -62 Jun 16 16:04:15 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 8 Jun 16 16:04:15 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: device descriptor read/64, error -62 Jun 16 16:04:15 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: device descriptor read/64, error -62 Jun 16 16:04:15 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 9 Jun 16 16:04:16 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: device not accepting address 9, error -62 Jun 16 16:04:16 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 10 Jun 16 16:04:16 localhost klogd: usb 3-3: device not accepting address 10, error -62 Jun 16 16:04:16 localhost klogd: hub 3-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 3 Once only, I got a good message, inserting gspca zc3xx, showing device 0ac8:307b and creating a /dev/video0. Even in this case, I could not open it with a webam program like cheese (/dev/video0 was grey). I tired it on Mandriva 2010 and Ubuntu 10.04 the windows driver is named zs211. Is there a way to get it working ?
