how to lan card install in red-hat linux

Dear sir
how r u .i am arun joshi,i am networking engineer
& i am working all os such as like window novell unix
linux . but i like red-hat linux .i am interesting
in linux.and i want clear the certification of linux
pls give me idea.

now pls tell me how to install the diff. lan card 
in red-hat linux. its very urgent
