I have solved the problem reported earlier. (tulip driver on 2.4.13 kernel).
I have found that the 2.4.4 kernel's tulip driver works with kernel 2.4.13.
I copied the 2.4.4 tulip source to my 1.4.13 kernel source tree, compiled
it. When I load this driver all works fine.

The 'latest' driver I received from this list did not work. Killed the box
immediately! (As reported earlier.)
