REQUEST FOR THE URGENT TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF US$
38,000,000.00 (TWENTY- EIGHT MILLION UNITED STATES

Consequent upon a recent meeting held by the members
of the above named committee, I was mandated to source
for a very reliable and trust worthy individual into
whose personal or company account we can transfer the
sum of US$28,000,000.00 (Twenty-Eight Million United
States Dollars) only.

As valuers, contract award members and project
implementers, we deliberately over =96 invoiced some
contracts that were executed by foreign contractors
during the Junior World Cup known as Nigeria '99.  All
the foreign contractor that executed the various
contracts have been duly paid their contractual
amount.  Now, this US$ 28,000,000.00 is floating in
the suspense account of the Nigerian National Football
Association (NFA) in the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
reflecting on all records as debt due for payment toa
foreign company.  No company has this fund, it is the
over-invoicing which we did.  Therefore, this fund
will be paid to any organization that my committee
will present to the Federal Ministry of Finance  (FMF)
as the contractor who executed the contract.  We
cannot transfer this fund on our own because we are
civil servants and we are not allowed by law to own
any domiciliary account, hence I contacted you to
solicit your assistance to enable us transfer this
fund into any account you may provide.

For assisting us in this lucrative business, you are
entitled to 25% of the total sum, 5% will cater for
all expenses we might  incurr during the course of
transfer both local and International.  You will give
us 70% of the fund when we meet with you in your
country for our share.  We have made all the
investigations and arrangements that will ensure a
successful and hitch-free transaction.  So, I am
hereby giving you the full assurance that there is no
risk in this business. It is 100% safe and hitch-free.

For us to commence action on this business, You are
