Becker's driver dies almost immediately with these console errors:

eth[1-4]:  Too much work during an interrupt, csr5=0xf06d80c0
....
eth1: Restarted Rx at 2874 / 2874
eth3: Restarted Rx at 296 / 296
.....

If I ramp up traffic slowly, the first 3 ports do OK.  When I start the
4th, I see the messages again.  However, I saw them on eth2, not eth4,
which is the one that I had just started...
