DFE-570-TX carrier and frame errors

Hello, I have problem with carrier and frame errors on an quad-port D-Link TFE-570-TX card the #2 nic seems to have the most problem i think it's duplex related. But when i check with mii-diag and tulip-diag i have problem understanding the output of mii-diag vs. tulip-diag. For me it look's like mii-diag says 100Mb Full Duplex and tulip-diag say's Half duplex. Please correct me if i'm wrong.
