Linksys PCI 100/10 Comet Tulip no light, no connectivity

I'm using Linksys PCI 100/10 Nic Cards, Redhat 7.3 and the most recent tulip 
driver.  Oddly, if I connect two Linksys PCI's together, no lights or 
network.  If I connect the Linksys PCI to a Intel Nic using e1000, works 
fine.  Anybody have a clue??  The Linksys PCI works with everything BUT any 
other Linksys USB100 or Linksys PCI ethernet cards!!??  Thanks,
