The download worked like a charm using ncftpget. This is for a system I am building at another site, so I won't get to try the new drivers until tonight. The reason that I was interested is because I just installed Debian on an AlphaStation 200. With the 2.2 kernel and drivers the on board network supported worked fine. When when I built a 2.4.22 kernel the network driver failed. I ended up using the de4x5 driver after seeing a note from some else about the pre15 drivers. Does this make sense to you? In any case, I will give the latest and greatest a try tonight and let you know.
