problem with tulip-driver

Hi,

this is a follow-up to my previous mail from 2004-10-29.

I am now pretty sure that this is rather a software problem.

I tried swapping the PCI-slot and also lowered the latency from 80 to 64 
  cycles for the new slot. I also assigned a different IRQ to the 
PCI-slot where the tulip-card resides - no result.

When starting up without network cable attached I only get errors 
related to PCI/tulip during initialisation of ipfwadm. After that - no 
errors.
