Trunking problems with SUSE

Hello.

I have one box with Suse 9 and one interface card. I want to do
trunking. I want to use the same card for one private ip and for a
public ip. 

We configured the two ifcfg-vlanxx y ifcfg-vlanyy, we also configured
routes file.

 

The problem arises whe we try to access ip public box from our private
network or viceversa because firewall does not allow traffic going from
one interface and coming form the other.

 

The question is how can I do that traffic going to one interface coming
from the same interface?
