via_rhine driver

I have a router that has the via_rhine driver on it, and the cisco
switch that it is trunked to reports small packets (<64 bytes or
whatever the ethernet minimum is)

Apart from the errors being logged, everything is fine.

Any patches around? I'm fairly sure that this is vlan related as I've
never seen it mentioned elsewhere...
