3c590 card with kernel 2.6.0-test3

Hello
I'm trying to run 3c590 card on kernel 2.6 (LK1.1.19) but without success.
Doesn't matter if I set it to 10baseT or 10base2 (BNC). In both cases
driver is loaded but unable to communicate with network (dhcp or just ping
when interface is up by ifconfig command)
Card is correct because it's working pretty well with kernel 2.4.21
(LK1.1.16) (10base2)
I was trying to modprobe with debug=7 option but it didn't give me an idea
what's wrong. Got Tx error status 90, but haven't found how to correct it
(Tx underrun I suppose, but don't know what it meaning)

Is it problem just because of 2.6 being test and i should wait for normal
release?

I run vortex-diag -aem on both situations and it didn't tell me much. I
attached both outputs, if they could tell more.
