Look at these lines in the dmesg output that you posted: > 00:13.0: 3Com PCI 3c905 Boomerang 100baseTx at 0xe800. Vers LK1.1.18-ac > ... > 00:14.0: 3Com PCI 3c905 Boomerang 100baseTx at 0xec00. Vers LK1.1.18-ac The two cards get assigned names eth0 and eth1 and IRQs 5 and 10. You could check with 'cat /proc/interrupts' that they are there. Check with 'ifconfig' or 'ip addr show' the IP address assignments. -- Bogdan Costescu IWR - Interdisziplinaeres Zentrum fuer Wissenschaftliches Rechnen Universitaet Heidelberg, INF 368, D-69120 Heidelberg, GERMANY Telephone: +49 6221 54 8869, Telefax: +49 6221 54 8868 E-mail: [email protected] _______________________________________________ vortex mailing list [email protected] http://www.scyld.com/mailman/listinfo/vortex
