3c59x module use count

Hello,

My first deployment of a 2.6 kernel (2.6.6) showed
something a bit strange in lsmod.  The use count of 3c59x
was 0 even though an interface was using the module.  A
rmmod 3c59x brought down the network.  Not sure if this is
a bug or the way network drivers work in 2.6 but just
thought I'd give a heads up.  If there is any other
information needed, let me know.
