3c59x Driver problem

I've been running linux on my Dell Laptop for a long time, and there is
a network card in my docking station. It's identified as a 3c59x card,
and works great with the older kernels. But now the drives failes to
obtain a dhcp address with this error:

If I boot the old Fedora core 2 kernel, it works fine. I realize this
could be a problem with the support for the PCI bus, but don't know who
to contact on that. Do you?
