Hello

I have a Dell Inspiron 8100 with a 3com 3c556 Hurricane ethernet
adapter. With w2k I get almost 10Mbytes/s when transferring files, but
with the linux 3c59x driver on kernel 2.4.18 it's only around
2-3Mbytes/s (tried both SMB and FTP) - is there something I can do to
unleash the power of the hurricane? ;)

lspci -vvv says this about my ethernet adapter:
