Download the DOS-drivers from support.3com.com. Boot from a dos-disk, and start the 3c59x.exe you'll find along with the DOS-drivers. Reset all three cards to default PnP-settings, no forced speeds, no forced duplex settings. Remove all options from your insmod-command, and retry. That will probably fix things.
