Hi! I'm trying to use WOL with my 3c905C, an Asus P2B-F motherboard and Linux 2.4.21 with ACPI support. It does work if - the power has been switched on but the computer hasn't started yet - Windows has been the last active OS - Linux has been running but the driver module hasn't been loaded. As soon as I load either the standard linux 3c59x module or your driver (from ftp.scyld.com) WOL doesn't work any more. When using your driver, at least the light on the NIC stays on. I've already tried to pass the enable_wol-option when loading the standard module; to load the modules before system shutdown; and I've even applied the kernel patch suggested by Koos van den Hout on June 1, 2002. Wake On LAN still doesn't work. Can anyone please help? Thomas Papenkort -- +++ GMX - Mail, Messaging & more http://www.gmx.net +++ Bitte lächeln!
