Hello,
I have a problem with 3c59x.o on a HP Omnibook 6100 and his 3COM mini PCI modem (3C556B winmodem) and the kernel
2.4.23.
With the kernel driver i have the below error :
insmod 3c59x.o
3c59x.o: init_module: No such device

I have download netdrivers-3.5.tgz and compile the 3c59x.o driver found on this package
but the insmod is not better with the error :
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol acpi_wake
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol acpi_set_pwr_state
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol pci_drv_unregister
3c59x.o: unresolved symbol pci_drv_register
I not use ACPI on my compiled kernel but i have try to use it for test and the error message is the same.
