new AP version with trafic shaping

I further improved this ap.
anyway seems this project is dying since this ap hardware is obsolette.

I think iptables is not nesecary also network swaping nbd and dhcp is not
much use also.
after removing all this from kernel  I have made 60kb free space.
I added trafic shaping (priority) and cgi interface for writing custom
startup scripts. also status information is more usefull because now shows
signal levels
unfortunately even very simplified tc utility takes 25kb compresed + 10kb
math library ( need to be removed)
