Thinking about Embedded Linux development I went to lineo.com to see if they were still around; we (at Coactive) were working with them in 2001. They were swallowed by Metrowerks who in turn was swallowed by Motorola. My previous employer was also eaten up by Motorola . Oh the joys of mergers and globalization!
