Hi

Well here is new story now!! , i used the memory card explorer, checked 
rechecked the image on the card and it is the same as you send to me.

So writing to the SRAM is done successfully again but again nothing happened 
to the  terminal as usual :-)

Well i will send you the pic of my board very soon.
