I beleive that latest firmware for this HW is
http://www.red-bean.com/~proski/firmware/1.7.1.tar.gz

be aware that this firmware in certain situation is not most efective
if you have no need for hidden SID and some additional options

filename that you should look for is something like s010XXX.hex (where 
is XXX 701 for ver. 1.7.1, 409 for version 1.4.9 etc)
Easiest way is to update card is using intersil prism wuinupdate utility 
.. (http://linux.junsun.net/intersil-prism/WinUpdate-0-7-0.exe)
