Which NIC is stressed on each dd seems to be random so I don't think it
has to do with interrupt priority.

enbd-client 192.168.0.1:12345 -b 4096 -e /dev/nda &
dd if=/dev/nda of=/dev/null bs=64k count=8k

and 

enbd-client 192.168.1.1:12345 -b 4096 -e /dev/nda &
dd if=/dev/nda of=/dev/null bs=64k count=8k

both give the same throughput, 8.5Mb/s.
