fr1-2.16 patch for 2.6.10 kernel

Hi,
I have tried to patch 2.6.10 kernel with the FR1 2.16 patch for 
linux-2.6.8.1

There are some minor problems with md.c and some other files, easily 
solved by editig the patch,  but there are some issues with raid1.c, as 
it seems that some code has really changed on it.

My programming skills are too limited to be able to find a solution... 
as i definitely don't understand in detail all this stuff !

Do you want me to investigate on it furthermore, perhaps submitting you 
the problematic, hunks , and try to generate a patch anyway and test it, 
or maybe it is simpler for you to analyse it directly ?
