this is the result of a

mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --fail /dev/sda1
... some copy md0 ...
mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --add /dev/sda1
.....
I don't wait the end of reconstruction
....
mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --fail /dev/sda1
mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --add /dev/sda1

and then it crashes !
