Well, I tested several network dropouts and the raid revived every time. So I
guess it is not bad :-)
As expected there was no need to set show_errs manually.

Let me add this little md question:

How can I mark a certain mirror partition as new (increase event counter
manually)?

I would like to be able to write to a secondary mirror partition mounted
locally, while primary is dead. Then, after primary comes up again, md should
know somehow that the primary is outdated ...
Any hints?
