Don't worry about it. It's no trouble.

I think that is aesthetically appealing.

It's not that - it is elegant.

That can be set up in ./configure. Note that backwards compatibility
would require links to an existing config file if one were found, or it
be parsed out into two semi-automatically.

It's quicker for me to code it than to discuss it. But I have to go to
lunch ... I've mnade the changes in the 2.4.33 local source and I will
try them during the day.
