The EVMS project has released two new patches. The first is a kernel patch for users of XFS version 1.1. It allows XFS to operate correctly on EVMS volumes by preventing unaligned log writes. This problem is fixed in the current CVS version of XFS, and in version 1.2. The second patch is against the "mount" program in the "util-linux" package. It allows mount-by-label to search for the desired label on EVMS volumes.
