I have increased the bounce-score-threshold fro 5.0 to 10.0, and reduced the 
bounce-info-stale-after from 7.0 days to 5.0 days. Hopefully this will help 
reduce this problem. If this happens to you again, please send me an email 
and we'll see what other config changes we can make.
