Hi all,

On further debugging, we saw that the device mapper is spitting out the
error message in the dmesg output as follows:

device-mapper: table: 253:2: snapshot-origin: unknown target type
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table
device-mapper: table: 253:7: snapshot: requires exactly 4 arguments
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table
device-mapper: table: 253:7: snapshot: requires exactly 4 arguments
device-mapper: ioctl: error adding target to table

Please help with your inputs on why this is happening in this kernel
version.

Thanks

srini
