about adding plugins

Hi, 
My name is Zilia and I am a 4th year Computer Science student at the 
University of Havana, Cuba. I've been reading about EVMS and working with it 
for the last month, and I was wondering if you have plans to include a plug-in 
to work with FAT32 or NTFS. I started thinking about improvements that could 
be made, and I thought of that. I'd also like to contribute to the project if 
it's possible.
