I don't know.  But if it's any consolation, my messages sometimes need
approval, and I'm a list admin.  Even better, sometimes the mail from SF
itself, e.g., bug notices, also needs approval.  (?!)

I try to keep up on the approvals (and spam rejects), so your posts should
be held up too long.
