It's been bothering me, too, and I'm one of the developers. :(  I'd hate to
see EVMS die from neglect.

The problem is, as I mentioned in an earlier post, that the IBM developers
have all moved on to other jobs.  We have to steal cycles from our current
projects to work on EVMS.  That's not easy to do with demanding schedules,
with which I'm sure you are all familiar.

I'll try to get some cycles soon and get the patches in order and get out
another release.
